Starting from January 1, 2026, Ferrino, the historic Italian outdoor equipment brand, will become the official partner of the Syndicat National des Guides de Montagne (SNGM) through Ricochet, the brand's distributor in France. The three-year agreement will provide technical equipment for French high mountain guides affiliated with the union.

SNGM guides will have access to equipment designed to meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and safety, developed based on Ferrino's experience in high-altitude environments.

The Role of the SNGM and Its Complementarity with ENSA
The Syndicat National des Guides de Montagne plays a central role in the professional representation and protection of the rights of high mountain guides in France, contributing to the defense and enhancement of the profession. This collaboration complements the long-standing relationship Ferrino has with ENSA (École Nationale de Ski et d’Alpinisme), a key institution for national training of high mountain guides. Ferrino thus reaffirms its support for the guiding community both in terms of training through ENSA and in professional and representative terms through the SNGM.
